Jennifer Louise Hobart passed away on November 29th, in Middletown. Born December 21st, 1963 in Sacramento, California, she lived a life marked by dedication to her family and the many people whose lives she touched.
Jennifer was the beloved wife of Richard S. Uliano. She was the devoted mother to her children, Samantha Hobart, Adam Hobart, and Taylor Woitowitz; as well as a cherished grandmother to Samina McDaniel. She was an indispensable and treasured stepmother to Richard E. Uliano and Samantha Trathen, as well as a step-grandmother to Freyja, Morrigan, and Persephone Uliano. She also shared a close bond with her brother Frank Albert. Deep and abiding love for family was unwavering and evident in every aspect of her life.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents, James and Sharon Albert, and her sister, Lynnette Brooks, whose memory remained close to her throughout her life.
Jennifer’s journey from Sacramento to Middletown reflected a brave and resilient life full of vibrant purpose. Those who knew her will remember her strength, warmth, and the deep care she showed for those around her.

Friends may call at the Lastrina Family Funeral Home, 491 High St., Middletown on Saturday, December 6th from 4 to 6 p.m. Burial will be private.
